Skagit County venues have packed the coming week with live music, offering residents more than two dozen opportunities to see local and touring acts perform. The schedule runs from Wednesday through Sunday and features a mix of free shows and ticketed events. Most performances take place at bars, breweries, and community halls.

The majority of these shows require no admission fee. Artists at Double Barrel BBQ, Anacortes Rockfish Grill, and Arcadian Public House will accept tips in place of a cover charge. These venues host acts such as Sockeye Sawtooth, The Lucky Dogs, and Stewart Woods. The Old Edison and Terramar also list no cover for their respective piano and band nights. This low-cost structure allows fans to attend multiple shows in a single weekend without a large financial commitment.

Three events this week charge a specific entry fee. Farmstrong Brewing requires a $10 cover for Chris Eger’s show on Thursday. The Guemes Island Store hosts a Halloween costume party with Ebb, Slack & Flood on Friday, charging adults $10 if in costume or $15 otherwise. Children under 16 enter free. Montoya House of the Arts sells $25 tickets for a Halloween party featuring Pavlov Jones and Nurhachi on Saturday.

Several venues restrict attendance to adults. The Arcadian Public House, Terramar, The Old Edison, Boots Bar & Grill, and Lyman Tavern all list an ages 21+ requirement for their events. The Sedro Woolley Eagles venue is the only location specifying an ages 22+ limit for the Dirty Pilots performance. All other listed events, including those at the breweries and BBQ spots, are designated as all-ages.

Stewart Woods appears on the schedule twice this week. He plays at Arcadian Public House on Friday night and returns to Farmstrong Brewing on Saturday for a $10 suggested donation. The Joe Whitney Band performs at the Skagit Valley Eagles in Burlington on Saturday with no cover charge. On Sunday, The Bow Diddlers close out the week at The Old Edison.

The schedule extends into the following week with additional bookings. Double Barrel BBQ hosts Honestly No on Wednesday, November 4. Anacortes Rockfish Grill features the Whistle Lake Jazz Quartet the same night. Arcadian Public House continues its Friday night tradition with Stewart Woods. The Old Edison hosts The Dusty 45s on Saturday, November 7, and Randy Weeks & the Silent Treatment on Sunday, November 8. Venues can submit new dates by email to the roundup organizers.
